Diabetes is a disease attributed to high levels of sugar in the blood. There are two types of diabetes namely Type 1 and Type 2. A busy and tight schedule will cause stress on you both physically and emotionally, and if not managed well will increase your risk of getting]acquiring diabetes.

Smokers are at higher risk because their unhealthy habit causes a lot of strain on the body making it prone to many illnesses to include diabetes Type 2. Some virus types can also be a cause, especially virus types which attack the functionality of the pancreas, such as Coxsackie B.
